It is both. Initially the Design will be a PSD file. Once approved, I will expect a workind code files. All, we would do is add content (like Words, and links to videos etc.). thank you

No..no..no.!!. The winner of the design must agree to submit the code separately. The winner also gets to do the code later at a separate project. Coding project will not be open for bidding.

2) What content will go in the banner and the body in the home page?
3) Some description about your company.
4) What type of images do you want to use.
etc

This information will be helpful to design the site.
