Wordpress Design Brief

Wordpress theme from PSD file:

I need a Wordpress website installed. I have written content and a PSD file that is very close to being complete for a wordpress theme as it is. It was created for a full website homepage by a designer here and is an unflattened PSD file.

I want to modify it just a bit to have a table of contents panel below the main image so that users can click through the content I have written. The job will entail creating the theme from the PSD, installing it to the GoDaddy hosting account with contact us panel working, and installing the written content from a doc file. The table of contents panel simply needs to mimic the look of the existing PSD file.

This WordPress site is a simplified version of the website I am creating. It will have a contact us submission form, and some links that bring up prewritten content.

On the attached JPG example file, you can see the white area that I want just turned in to the content area and the "Table of Contents Here" text is where the table of contents panel will be, with content to the right and below it.
