Are looking for design (PSD files) only OR / design & coding?
Most projects on DesignCrowd are for 'design' only and not necessarily coding - which may narrow down the participation from designers submitting to your brief.

The design is only need to be in a PSD format. We have people ready to chop it up and code it into a html format.

The page, you linked is coded with JS to handle full size images. Could your sitebuilder do that? If so, I'll make something similar.

Oops, I see that the site I've mentioned coded with Flash. But anyway, JavaScript could do the same, and it's works on mobile devices. So the question is the same: could I use full screen images?

We are 70% sure that the payment will become gurranteed once the designs that we want is similar to what we want. We have recieved a few good ones so far but we will only gurrantee the payment when the client is happy with the designs.

I will be reviewing these designs with my client in the next two days. We are waiting for the last few to come in before we either extend the deadline, gurrantee the design payment and/or notify the successful deisgner. We appreciate your patience and hopefully have an update for everyone by COB Friday.
