This is a new booklet which will be given to patients who are newly diagnosed with Neuroendocrine cancer. This is an uncommon cancer which is the same type that Apple founder Steve Jobs died from. It can arise anywhere in the body but more commonly in the gastro-intestisinal tract. Mostly an adult disease affecting both sexes, tumours are often slow growing. Patients are misdiagnosed on average for 7 years, so this is an informative booklet to help them understand their recent diagnosis and work through the complex detail of their disease.
I am looking for someone to design a professional, clean looking booklet that uses friendly/warm images around the detailed information that this booklet includes. I have attached the word document so you can see the detail, however the wording has not been finalised so will need to be able to edit the copy.
Our logo will go on the back (Unicorn Foundation NZ) however we want to avoid an images relating to Unicorns! We are a registered charity established to support patients with NET cancer in New Zealand, for more info please visit our website: www.unicornfoundation.org.nz.
This is a booklet written by doctors so it must be professional and not too cluttered. This is the first information booklet produced in NZ for NET cancer so I want this to look really good. In terms of size, we are thinking A4 with a pouch at the back to add in extra leaflets. Logos to go on the back.
Please feel free to ask me questions.
