Brookside Capital maintains a disciplined, value oriented approach towards investment selection. We seek to deploy between $5-15 million of capital for controlling or significant minority positions in companies that have several of the following characteristics:
- Proven, high integrity management teams willing to make significant personla financial commitment
- Demonstrated historical growth in earnings, strong margins, minimum EBITDA of $2 million and continued strong prospects
- Sustainable competitive advantage and strategic positioning

Types of situations where we invest include financing growth, management buyouts, succession and divesitures of nonn-core businesses.
