Graphic Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new product/company called 'Cloud Pointe' with a tag line of 'Your place in the cloud'. we will be offering products such as infrastructure as a service, software as a service, or just cloud hosted servers. we dont want to have our logo look like we picked an image from clipart. we would like to see red and grays... we are open to other colors. the final design should communicate the 'cloud', hosting, iaas, professional and dependable.
