Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for "OpenStudio Lofts," a new concept of rental space that transforms empty office buildings into *cool* new places to live and to work. They have multiple uses: apartments, offices, or combination apartment-offices.

"Open studio" ordinarily relates to art studios where students can work on their projects freely. OpenStudio Lofts have nothing to do with art-but they leave it up to the renter to decide what they do with the space, giving renters the freedom to make the space fit their needs and vision. Whether you are launching a new start-up or looking for a cool place to live, OpenStudio Lofts can meet your needs.

The OpenStudio Loft is a fresh idea that transforms a tired, low-demand product (vacant office buildings) into something newly desirable and interesting: truly flexible places to live and work.

The attachments show what the apartments and offices would look like, and what the space looks like before being turned into an OpenStudio Loft.
