Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our logistics software called Spotlite. Spotlite is a logistics business intelligence software used by the Oil & Gas industry to track assets (personnel, equipment, vessels, cargo, ect). The name Spotlite comes from the light used on a boat or vessel (actually spelled spotlight) used to search or navigate. In the case of our software; "Spotlite" shines light or brings attention to the information it tracks on a dashboard. Like shedding light on a problem or solution.

The final design should communicate finding or seeing important information. We are open to color spectrum, however, we do like Orange, Grey, & Black.
