(Full list of icons at end of description)
Our application is used by farmers for managing their paddocks, growing grass, applying fertiliser, making hay, moving animals around the paddocks, etc. The icons will represent the actions that a farmer can record against a paddock.
The icons will appear in several different contexts, with colour and size still to be determined. For this reason, we are looking for “metro-style” monochrome icons, in a vector format (preferably Illustrator).
Attached - Icon context examples (using MS Wingdings!)
Action links – to help the farmer quickly identify which link to click on to initiate an action
Event lists – to help the farmer quickly identify the actions that have been recorded in a lengthy “history” list
Mobile app icons
The following icons are required:

-Fertiliser application: Spread fertiliser on a paddock. Can be done by toweddevice, truck or helicopter
-Apply effluent: Apply liquid cow waste to a paddock, usually with a large sprinkler device
- Cut silage/hay: Harvest the grass in a paddock to feed to cows later. Usually involves hay bales.

- Climate event: Misc weather event eg flood
- Rainfall: Record rain falling on the paddock
- Delete paddock

- Assign EID: Allocate a unique electronid ID tag to an animal

Whoops - I left an icon out of the brief. We need one for Record Feeding Out. Feeding out is distributing supplementary feed (grain or bales) into a paddock

After playing with our mockups a bit, we are going to go with 18x18 as our minimum size. 16x16 is just too small. Please make sure all your icons look ok at 18x18. Thanks.
