What does "REIJV" stand for?

There seems to be something suspicious here.

This REIJV has another "payment guaranteed" contest with due date for tomorrow (april 2nd), as well as this posting.

Furthermore, this company has already run the exact same brief on 99designs and apparently selected and payed money to a winner.

I'm still going to enter, but how can this company which has no website and no online presence, seemingly does not exist, afford to be paying for 3 designs in 3 competitions all payment guaranteed? Doesn't seem to make sense?

can i get feedback on my submissions it helps me to continue working on this project.
