Packaging Design Brief

I need new retail Blister packaging design for the "Poof! Brush"
The product name "Poof! Brush" is Trademarked.
The reason we called it Poof Brush is that is a play on the words of Tooth Brush and the Poof! refers to a word used with magic like "poof! the rabbit is gone!" In our case Poof! the stains on your teeth are gone!
So we are looking for a magic themed design.

Package dimensions 81 by 138 cm (packaging being used is in the picture labeled "poof flyer".

The front of the packaging needs to contain the following information:

Poof! Brush
Naturally Whitens Teeth*
Quickly removes stains from coffee, cola, tea, tobacco, and wine.
Includes 1 brush with 6 refills

(put the " *whitens by removing stains on teeth" in small print somewhere out of the way)
Would like to include the following on front of package but if too crowded ok to omit:

Microbristle Technology
No Chemicals
Poofbrush.com

Attached our some examples and files of previously badly designed packaged product.

The current product is the one with a brush and 6 refills.

The back of the product needs the pictures included on the back of the packaging in the picture "poof flyer". The back of package will be in black and white and needs areas for instructions of how to refill brush, Instructions of use, other info including company info and UPC code. This information will be included later.
You will need to get the pictures for the back of the packaging off the included picture "poof flyer" I do not have original files.

Measurement UPDATE:

New product Dimensions 81 by 138mm make sure to give a few extra mm's of background to accommodate die cutting of product!

Measurements of where blister is located on product:

There are 2 sets of measurements. 1 set for where blister begins and 1 set of where background graphics can still be seen behind blister.

1st set of measurements are where blister begins and gives you area where wording can be placed:

66mm from top of card
13mm from bottom of card
7mm from side of card

2nd set of measurements are where graphics can still be seen but wording should not be placed in between 1st set of measurements and 2nd set listed below:

71mm from top of card
18mm from bottom of card
15mm from sides of card

Make sure to place blister of product correctly in you design. Every mm of accuracy is important.

Updates

The dimensions of the product are 138x83 mm's but the graphic should extend a few mm's past this to account for die cutting.  All important graphics and text should be contained in the 138x83 mm dimensions.

The back of the product is in Black and White.  The pictures on the back of the product in the file "poof flyer" need to be taken off that picture and put on the new packaging graphics.   I will provide specific text for the back of the product in the next few days along with company info and upc code.

 We have been getting a lot of designs similar to the old ones. 

No designs similar to the old ones.....please no pictures of people in design....unless you have some type of amazing concept that will prove otherwise.

We added a photo titled "magic"  for inspiration.  We are looking for a elegant clean magic theme.
