Create an Updated Web Design for our existing web site
Task Description
Miller Mathis Group Inc. is a leading financial advisory firm to the global steel, metals and mining sectors. We are seeking a web designer to refashion, freshen and update the look of our existing website. The substance of the revised website should reflect our updated Credentials attached.
Our existing web site has an outdated “look”; it was originally put together quickly from an earlier PowerPoint presentation of our Credentials. We do not want the revised web site to look like a PowerPoint presentation which has been put up online. Rather, with a designer’s help, we would like to refashion the pages so that the look and feel of the site is consistent with a professional service organization's site. We are not interested in any significant changes in substance, just in format. There should also be no changes to the design/font/color of the “Miller Mathis” logo.
The final selected designer will be responsible for all design and coding/programming responsibilities subject to our approval. The revised site should be done in Word Press or similar "user-friendly" application so that we can make edits afterwards.
A few specific changes:
• Textual changes:
• Wherever it currently says Miller Mathis is an “affiliate” of Gallatin, this should be replaced with “Broker Dealer related services provided through Gallatin Capital LLC”; this appears on the copyright info on the bottom of each page;
• Please also add this telephone number to the 212 number listed: 917-656-1401;
• The text on the “About Us” tab needs to be updated as follows: “We currently have active steel, metals and mining assignments in Europe, South Africa, Australia and Ukraine.”
• The Services tab under Core Services currently says “Capital Raising (through affiliates)”; it should say “Capital Raising (through broker dealers)”;
• Our firm name in the Contacts tab should be “Miller Mathis Group Inc.”
• Becky Hites’ bio should be removed from the Bios tab;
• The map in the Global Scope and Perspective tab should be replaced with the map in the attached updated Credentials (see slide 11)
