Logo Design Brief

My idea was to have the word Talon with the L being a talon. Talon Hiring Solutions is a staffing company that will place candidates in jobs. I grew up a big Auburn Football fan so I wanted to do something that involved Eagles with out being to obvious. That is where I came up with Talon. (The claw of a Eagle) I am open to Eagles and claws/talons or just the name Talon done in a cool way. I have attached some of the ideas I have come up with, and other logos I liked.
