Landing Page Design Brief

Our company sells "be found online" packages. We submit key information about a business to major data aggregators in the USA. One of the things we submit is a domain name. So we are selling a custom domain name which will be used with a one page web card site that is has local search markup built in and is Responsive.

I am looking for a new responsive simple design from design crowd optimized for search engines, desktops and mobile devices.
We sell high quantities of this package and I want to be able to change out new business information quickly in our WordPress Multi-site environment. Commented code is a must. The color layout should be neutral to fit many types of businesses.

Necessary areas on template:

Hours of operation
types of payments accepted (example: Master Card | Visa | Discover | Cash | Check)

Map (should be a map of the business address) (not sure if this can be linked some how)

Our main goal is to have customers visit this business web card from a local search and to find most things there looking for at a glance and want to make a quick decision tor work with the company.
Simple enough for entry level techs or data entry employees to update each new page with new business information.

Ok, Designers, to help clarify, this single page design you create will be used over and over and over again for different types of small businesses. it will mostly be a one size fits all type design. It will need to be used as a template for us to quickly put in new customers data and pictures and then we will point there domain name at the design. One day it could be a plumber company, another day a heating contractor and another day a a beauty salon or an insurance company.
