Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for an international e-shop which will work as a reverse bidding auction. I want it to be a brand logo and the name for it is “qikd” (Qikd.com). I want it to be catchy, memorable and unique.

Concerning color preferences, I was thinking of going with black web design background and orange logo (main colors will be black and orange). However, any other options are also welcome.
