Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a bicycling club. Team Tiger Cycling is a bike club that promotes participation of the master (40+) woman cyclist, with a focus on charity rides and events, endurance events, community skill building workshops, and the deployment of master women cyclists as mentors for female cyclists of all ages. The logo should include "Team Tiger Cycling" as the team or company name. Our tagline is "Endurance Cycling For Masters Women". I would like to use the same pink and orange colors as in my Vector Analytics logo. I would maybe like to incorporate a small flower or small "cat" face in the logo, if it makes sense, as a way to make the logo fun, feminine, or cycling related. I'm not sure how to embellish the font/text of "Team Tiger Cycling" to make it fun, feminine, or cycling related; but you are the designer, perhaps you can figure out a way. There are a lot of "mean-looking" kitty faces used in advertising, so I don't want anything that looks like those kitty faces already in use. Vanderkitten cycling uses a kitty face, and we cannot use anything like that. That's why I was thinking maybe a flower, that looked like a cat, or that people couldn't tell if it was a cat or a flower? Or maybe just text that was exciting in some way would be enough, like the text of the logo was in a shape, or expanded in size then contracted, or was in a wave, or something.

I'd do not need a business card, but would need black/white/colored versions of the logo with and without the tagline.
