Photoshop Design Brief

I need someone to make a movie poster with the pictures provided. You will have complete creative control as long as one picture makes it in. I will pay a fair price if I like it. Feel free to crop and scale and filter and all that. It is starring David Fritsch, Matt Griffin, Karan Pol, and Michael Cook. Produced By Cold Blooded Studios. Directed by Karan Pol and Liam Nelson. it is a medical appocalyptic thriller about people who get addicted to a super drug that was meant to help the disabled but was sold to the public. People get addicted and they try to make their own and turn into a weird kind of mutant creature. No guranteed payment but if I like it I will pay.

poster size is 19x28 inches. Top to bottom is longer.Also if you can submit a size that is 9x11 inches that would be great.
