Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design to appear on our web sites initial landing page where users will first touch our site (for sales). We'd also expect it to appear on subsequent pages, (less obtrusive but still visible in the header). This logo may also appear in print in various scenarios in the future, e.g. business cards etc.

Our company is called Archnode: this is an amalgam of Architecture and Node. Architecture in this instance relates to Information technology, (IT), architecture and not the more obvious use of the word. Node relates to the leaves of a hierarchical structure or "tree".

Our application, (entirely web-based), will allow IT professionals and decision makers to "model their enterprise", and then augment that data in many different ways. The aim is to re-present their existing data back to them in new, more meaningful ways (a high-level 1 page graphical overview)

A key concept of the system is that different data entities they wish to model, (e.g. projects, systems, capabilities, requirements etc), are interrelated in a hierarchal tree structure, (hence the node concept).

The logo should be designed as per the specified logo styles and look and feel criteria.
