Is this only a photoshop webdesign or coding too.

This is a design contest. The winning designer must have the ability to take the design and make a fully functional ecommerce website. The winning designer will be sent a private freelance opportunity with a negotiated budget.

Thanks for invite, however the project is not guaranteed, so I have to decline as I have been burnt too many times here.
