I need a logo for a foodtruck , that will be operating in Canada. Swedish pancakes with condiments like whipped cream, lingonberry jam, cloudberry jam etc Logo should also work onwebsite, stationary etc.

1) Swedish colours are Blue/Yellow  - need either the flag somewhere in the background or the blue/yellow somewhere else in the design 

2)This has to do with pancakes 

3) Vikings have various way to look, but this company will be run by a woman - so less manly pls

4) The pancakes will be cooked and served from a food-truck
