Small business distributor of remote IT/Telecoms technology services in Canada

Looking for a bold, clean and professional design for WordPress. We would like a web site design from a designer who may be able to help us upload the site to WordPress (Ideally CSS files).
The website will have the following pages:
1) Home
2) Register
3) Packages
4) Contact

I am also attaching the company logo (with sourcefile, images for page 1 and details on wording/content for website)

Design must use colors that compliment the logo

Must Have:
- Must contain the logo in the header

Should Not Have:
- must not be blog or magazine style layout or look and feel
