Poster Design Brief

I'm looking for a poster to be designed that is 24 x 36 (portrait), in a vintage style that is similar to vintage California Travel Posters from the early 1900s. It should include one of these following texts and be cool and creative, yet old looking:

Terrace Assisted Living
Or
Take me to Terrace
or
Retire to Terrace
or
Top of the Terrace


I have included a PDF file thats an excellent sample of what I'm looking for. Also, the REtro CA Vintage zip file has many original authentic posters that should inspire your design. It can be modern content but in a vintage style, and should appeal to baby boomers and younger generations, more than the senior population.
