Logo Design Brief
Our company is about a 1 1/2 years old and we are shifting the focus from primarily providing a tactical solution (behavioural assessments and management training) to a strategic solution (customized surveys to determine orgainzational alignment and talent engagement).
The name of the company is The Pulse Check. For additional information feel free to check out website at www.thepulsechekc.com. The idea behind the company name is that we are able to take the pulse of the organization.
We help our clients understand the fits and gaps they have with respect to the alignment of the talent they have with their overarching business strategy. We help them to maximize the engagement of the people within the organization so that the effort they put in is aligned with the corporatations goals. Our belief is that if you can find it you can fix it and our customizable survey platform sets the benchmark for an implementation plan.
The customizable survey platform allows us to operate strategically in determining the degree of alignment and engagement within the orgainzation. We provide behavioural and cognitive assessments that help our clients to deal with the tactical, day to day aspects of successfully leading and managing a workforce. In addition, we offer a selling skills assessment and sales training program.
