Logo Design Brief

We are needing a logo design that is modern, clean and unique.

This logo will be used for website, letterhead, as well as office building signage, so
Bold and simple enough to clearly read, with uniqueness is the goal.

The logo should read "Functional Health Center of North County"

"Functional Health Center" should be the main portion of the logo as future clinics may open in different locations and we would like to simply change "of north county" while maintaining the same logo concept and design.

We are also open to having an "FHC" design on the left of the words, but this is open for designer creativity as well.

We are a functional medicine healthcare practice that helps reverse chronic disease naturally without the use of drugs or surgery. Our goals are always about giving individualized care focused on treating the patient and not simply managing the symptoms.
