Wordpress Design Brief

I need a unique wordpress theme for my new business oriented blog at busymichael.com. The blog focuses on my experience as an entrepreneur and offers insights into business problems while chronicling my experience building a new company.

I would like to see a theme that looks more like a creative professional's website, not a business website. Large photos, bright colors, unique layout. I do not want stock photos of people in suits doing business type things. Also, no pictures of me - I am blogging anonymously.

The design should communicate technology and beauty - for example, I really like the feel of the landing page at www.acorns.com - it is beautiful to look at but also reflects the cutting edge nature of what they are doing.
