Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a consulting company called "Mentag Company, Inc.", based in Freeport, Maine. We deliver custom programs for the enhancement of organizational process and leadership effectiveness to national and international client groups. We conduct programs in communication, team building, mindful leadership development, meeting management, feedback, and emotional intelligence learning.
The final design should reflect the values and style of the principal. These are: honesty, integrity, truth at all costs, being in the present moment and a mindful approach to all projects. We aim to be a game-changer in how we delivery insight and presence to the leadership capacity of our clients. It is not simply about the content, it is about your presence and how you show up!

Must have

• Update as of March 14, 10:00 AM EST-US
  We have received several interesting designs but have decided to go with the design on the uploaded file. WE are seeking a final design that reflects this with only slight variations that may improve it. Here are the current guidelines that we request.
  
  FONT: Gil Sans regular for MENTAG - Gil Sans light for COMPANY.
  MINDFUL LEADERSHIP. . . gil sans italic.
  
  Design should incorporate the TAGLINE. PLEASE, eliminate the "inc" from the design.
  
  ENSO should be symmetrical, high quality and fit neatly into the COMPANY. We would like the color to be crimson or an interesting red that is sophisticated.
  
  Please accept my apologies if I am taking away your creativity! If you have the interest to submit a similar design that might WOW us, we would be appreciative but have yet to find something else that hits our aesthetic.

  Logo needs to articulate the following;
  Our consulting services seek to to re-language the ancient wisdom of mindfulness into a Western corporate environment.
  A touch of Asian sensibility - inspired by "enso" mark, or others (simple, sophisticated)

Nice to have

• An additional splash of appropriate color to match the ENSO mark.

Should not have

• The design should not use clip art and old-style sans serif, decorative or script fonts.
