I would like to work on this project but the uncertainty about the deliverables leave me in a hot spot.
A wordpress website requires a fully coded wordpress theme in order to be installed and then used to "build" the pages.

This is a design project and as such a proper PSD should be the deliverable. On the other hand i dont know who you are working with, so maybe the person you are working with is actually expecting a PSD and nothing else, or maybe, this person is under the impression that a fully wordpress coded theme will be delivered to later be installed on the website.

Although DesignCrowd is a Design only website and i am pretty sure that nothing more than a PSD is expected to be delivered when working on a Web Design project, i will not allow myself to mislead you and wait for you to approve my concept before i tell you "hell no, i am only delivering the design, nothing else", and with that in mind i would like to request for you to clarify with the developer what exactly he is expecting to be delivered to him.
In case your developer is waiting for a fully coded theme, then i would suggest for you to contact DesignCrowd about it and request their support and clarification on what is expected from a designer working on a "Web Design Project".

Having said this, my view does not represent DesignCrowd service or the community at all, and as such this message does not mean that the designers that already submitted a design are not expecting to having to deliver a Wordpress Coded Theme, maybe they are. Anyhow i would suggest for you to ask them about it. But not before you ask your developer what he is expecting to receive from you.

If you would be so kind as to reply to this message and let me know if you are interested in receiving a Design and not a fully working theme under the same budget, i will then gladly prepare a concept for you to evaluate.
