Logo Design Brief

I have built a unique humanity quotient inventory, a web-based application that measures the level of humanity in a team or organisation.
I am looking for a logo that communicates the 'power of people' but is not too 'soft'...it needs to have a business application feel to it. Definitely no flowers!

I would like to see some brown colours used in it somewhere.

I definitely need 'Humanity Quotient Inventory' in text, but am open to 'HQ-i' being incorporated, or even the use of a tagline 'harnessing the power of people' if it isnt too busy.
