- we source hard to get delicious wines from around the world
- prefer hand drawn black and white logo with a splash of red, see "house wine", "wine forest"
- a bold modern font
- hourglass design may be overdone but could still work see "tempus"
- or could could incorporate watch on a wrist, clock etc
