I'll submit my design very soon and also I hope that i will get support from you in any information related to the contest.
One more thing Simon, I think and i request that Please increase the budget a bit, as you want complete WP theme converted project at the end and this is a bit small budget for that. Hope you will consider my point.

Simon can you provide some more information like navigation at the top .

The navigation at the top should be dynamic and controlled in the Wordpress back end by choosing which pages I want. For now you can just populate it with standard pages eg. Contact Us, About Us etc.
