Logo Design Brief

I am applying for a trademark, and was told by legal that my chances of approval would be better in this case, if I also had a logo. The city of Memphis Convention and Visitors Bureau already uses the graphic of a guitar on end for the 'h' in it's marquee, so I don' want that. This logo will also be incorporated into a webpage, and also used in t-shirt graphic, and other ad specialty products.
