Banner Ad Design Brief

I need 4 different creative and unique banner ads. My company is called Pro Media Marketing Group and we are a full service promotional marketing firm that provides logo identified products to ALL markets. I am looking for the following 4 themes:

1) New Trends- I want a creative banner with eye catching text so visitors to our site can click on this banner and be taken to all of our new products. We are trying to incorporate the word SWAG in it as well. We would love to be able to use SWAG as an acronym for something having to do with our line of business. For example, Services With A ......, or Succesfully Winning A....

2) Employee recognition and executive awards- we can create full custom awards for companies to use for employee recognition and/or executive achievement awards.

3) Tradeshow Swag- we are want to feature an eye catching colorful banner that will highlight some unique tradeshow items that our clients will want to giveaway.

Any colors are welcome. I want something very modern and unique. The attached will give you an idea of my business and what we offer but I want to blow everyone away!
