thanks for the invite. but i don't take on projects who's payment is not guaranteed.
i just don't think its fair to the designers. AND usually results in substandard results for the customer.

Thank you for your reply, I can understand your point of view. This is our first project on DesignCrowd and went with the default setting. We will most likely use guaranteed payments in the future. We did have a bad experience on Elance with a very poor package designer, so are once bitten twice shy. This job is to test the water so to speak, we have several jobs in the pipeline to follow. These including but are not limited to a web store design, advertising articles, blogs and multi media site designes and content. We hope to find a designer who we can work with a regular basis to maintain design consistency.
