Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Café and Bakery located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. We will have gourmet coffee, desserts, bakery items, as well as a breakfast and lunch menu. I like small letters, no caps (with the exception of the Q). I like the idea of a coffee cup with a fancy Q written in the steam above the cup. I like a rich Red as an accent colour. The word, 'and' should be a symbol "&". The attached file is similar to something I would like, only with my words and the Q in the steam with a nicer cup.
