Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Fort Worth TX called Perpetual Therapy Services (PTS). We're basically a Rehab staffing agency. We supply Home Health Agencies and Assisted Living Facilities with well educated licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists to treat patients in there own home. I am also a therapist. We're professional clinicians that educate our patients, strengthen their bodies, decrease fall risks, increase functional independence and improve their overall quality of life. We use crutches, canes, etc. I personally like yellow-gold/black, orange/grey or black, green/blue, green/grey color combos. I'm open to all colors and designs. The final design should communicate integrity, and compassion. I'd like it to appear new, and vibrant. There are several companys out, I'd like mine to stand out but not to far out. An appearance that creates an eagerness to do business with my company would be a plus. My slogan is, "We keep you moving." Thanks for your time and good luck!
