Brochure Design Brief
At Karbon Property we are leasing agency who have concentrated on Sydney's Southern CBD and City Fringe. We need a Monthly Report to be sent out to our clients that stands out from the rest. We pride ourselves on selecting a certain caliber of properties which come under the theme of urban/new age/ intriguing and almost funky.
The Market Update should include a clear and concise message to our clients that is appropriately business savvy. It will demonstrate key facts/highlights of the market with limited text. It will be a mix of image and text as most of our properties are highly trendy and aesthetically pleasing. We have plenty of location shots that match this urban feel
Also attached are the company logos, capability statements and other industry market updates.
One particular theme we were interested in replicating is int the attached file the "annual report file" it contains the "centuria highlights page". Also similar to the pg.3 "at a glance section" of the the annual review 2013, Macquarie group 2013". It emphasises key highlights and is nicely presented.
Most market updates are very generic and are across all basis, ours will be specific and personalised.
19 foster is one of our clients which demonstrates that urban feel that epitomises todays modern society

If the logo could reflect the theme and body of the report that would be much appreciated too.
The report structure should be as follows:
Title Page (pg1):
"Karbon Update"
"logo"
"month and year"
Karbon Review (pg2):
Dear clients
Karbon Highlights (pg3):
- facts, figures, %'s $
- highlights of the industry
