Web Design Brief

I need a website design for a unique tropical home in the Whitsundays. It is called the Indaba Tree and would like an African Baobab tree as a logo. It is an eco retreat on the ocean/beach with a large award winning house. Is suited to special celebrations, boutique weddings, Executive retreats. Have many wonderful photographs to be added. Should allow for contact to arrange a booking and if possible have a pricing and bookings calendar. Can look at Sangoma.com.au as example.
Home page should have picture of house from air and description of the special uses as mentioned above. Can then go to next level for descriptions of rooms, features, attractions, rates, booking calendar and contact details.
