Poster Design Brief

We need a design implemented for a Pop-up Poster for a Construction Expo. We have the following concept:

Purpose:
Poster for Exposition to attract people to come to our stand to talk about property management solutions.

Main picture:

attached as layout version - we would like to have the picture as large as possible; change the green/turquoise shirt of the girl in one of our logo’s colors, probably blue is best)
