Logo Design Brief
We need a logo designed for a new start-up company called RTS Property. This company is a property investment company that will initially be looking to build up a core portfolio of residential rental and commercial properties with the aim to then move in to the refurbishment and flipping of properties.
Property portfolios initial investment is to be between £1.5m - £2.0m with further investment after phase 1 is completed.
The logo should portray a professional modern image with clean line but at the same time not be something that is to modern that it is likely to date quickly
Although this project is for a logo design this will lead on to other projects relating to website design, stationery and promotional material. the major share holders of this start-up are also involved with several other companies for which a full rebrand is currently being considered. The winning designer will be given a priority opportunity to tender for all these projects
Updates
Designs will be reviewed at least once every 24 hours with honest feedback given and designs that are felt to not "be in the running" discarded so that hopefully designers will be able to see what sort of design route to go down.
