Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new line of business - domestic investigations.
Yes, this is about private investigators catching cheating spouses.
I would like the logo to look and feel strong but not overly aggressive, our customers are usually women (80% of time).
We basically help people who think their partner may be cheating... This is usually done by conducting physical surveillance however technical surveillance is now playing a larger role in what we do... tracking vehicles, computers, phones etc remotely.
'The Infidelity Hunter' is how I am branding myself as the principle of the company.
If it helps, my background is this.... Former State Police Officer, Corporate Investigator and Law Graduate who is now offering infidelity investigations.
I have some large corporate clients so don't want the logo to look seedy and devalue our other lines of business (Corporate & Insurance Investigations).
Think more along the lines of Michael Weston (Burn Notice) than Bruce Willis (Last Boy Scout).
