Logo Design Brief

I am looking to re-brand my page and business. I have an idea, and I want a fresh look. I have had a few people attempt my vision, but it just hasn't clicked yet. I would like to utilize an arrow, as well as the brand name "Fletcher Fitness" to display a powerful, yet clean look. The slogan of the site is "do anything" and the arrow is used to capture the idea of forward, upward movement as well as The "Fletchers" were the original arrow-makers from Ireland so it fits with the name of the site.

I've attached a couple of attempts, that are very basic starting designs done by a friend.
