Tattoo Design Brief

I’m looking to get a front facing moose skull tattoo in either a black work or dot work design about 5-6 inches wide and sitting about an inch or two above my knee cap would like the tattoo design to be about to form around the curve of my leg and not look funky and I really don’t want it to look like a generic Pinterest tattoo either lol. I put some pictures of the skulls I’m kinda going for and the approximate design down below
