T-shirt Design Brief

We already have a company logo but are looking to get custom deigned artwork to add the back to specific shirts that are specific to our line of work. We are in Building Automation and Controls as BAS engineers and technicians. We program, engineer, install and build systems for the following:
1. Honeywell Optimizer Controllers.
2. Johnson Controls Metasys Controllers.
3. Niagara N4
4. Dell Servers
5. Cisco equipment and IT in general support.
6. HVAC systems such as VAV boxes, AHUs, Hot Water/Chilled Water systems etc.
7. Critical laboratory systems
8. Research facilities
9. Data Centers
10. Virtual Server and Virtual Desktop development and support for VMware and Hyper-V
11. SQL, C#, Phyton and JAVA development
12. Monday we may install HVAC sensors, Tuesday writing code, Wednesday working on a server, Thursday HVAC startup, and Friday developing graphics for the BAS system.
