Logo Design Brief

We have changed the name of our business from "American Wedding Cake Sales Academy" to "Wedding Cake Sales Academy." That will require a redesign of our logo, deleting the word "American" I am open to some new ideas, but the logo must stay clean and sharp. The current image of the cake is modern and transcends time, which is exactly what it needs to remain. You are welcome to come up with a new cake, but it must be contemporary.
