Graphic Design Brief

I have a few ideas and concepts of signs already done. The arch signs are 30 1/2" tall, 24" wide, and the arch begins at at 19 1/2". I am looking for a different set of ideas, fresh thoughts, to find something different, professional and eye catching. I have the current logo style guide, plus my eps files of what I have created. Not looking for a few logo...just something totally different. i dont want to use For Sale, was thinking You Next, Make It Yours, Home Awaits, Explore More, Find Home...

Requirements

Must have

• My Team Name (The Kuykendall Team) my logo (K) and KW logo. My colors are noted in the style guide. I am wanting to stand out from all competition BUT not be too busy. Somebody driving by only has a few seconds to read it. BELOW the sign, I will have 2 6x24" riders. One will have my name and photo, the other will have my phone number.

Nice to have

• These signs are going to be outside along streets to grab attention of drivers as passing the house.

Should not have

• I do not want any phone numbers on the sign.
