Banner Ad Design Brief

Come up with some creative banner ads for buildbetter.co.nz

*At least 3 different winning banners will be chosen*

Please provide banner ads / gif ads in common google ads / website banner formats.

They can be gif or static but must stand out while still maintaining clear clean text and visuals, with a premium professional feel (please avoid clip art or anything that gives a cheap message).

Please keep in mind that these will likely be small ads so text needs to be large and if there's there a lot of text then use multiple frames/ pages as submit as a gif.

Style
Minimal & clean lines
Architectural or realistic images
Avoid cartoon styles, clipart, or anything that looks cheap

Font
Nexa or Montserrat or similar

Tone
Premium, serious, trustworthy — fits new builds

Colours
Option 1: Deep Navy (trust & quality) & lighter blues and warm grey
Option 2: Open to bright colours to help the ads stand out, such as (but not limited to) bright pink with black, yellow, fluorescent green, provided the messaging is still done professionally.
Our logo is attached (Build Better Logo)

Display Sizes
Ad specs for file sizes should be file formats like JPEG, GIF, and PNG, with animations limited to a max of 30 seconds or less.
We will need several different ad sizes provided for each of the 3 selected winning designs.

• Medium Rectangle: 300 × 250 pixels
• Leaderboard: 728 × 90 pixels
• Desktop Banner ad image: (640x360 pixels)
• Desktop Banner ad image 2: (300x600 pixels)
• Possibly one or two other sizes

Flexibility to be creative
The ad text, words, upper/lower case, layout, colour, theme, and images can be adjusted to how you think it will look best. The follow example ads are just examples of what we are after but we are keen to see what you can create.

3. Imaging: if possible use real stock photo's rather than AI
