T-shirt Design Brief

Need a new 25 year anniversary design for t-shirt. I have an image I like if it can be done or re-worked to make it look good. Maybe where it says endless surf put Rhett's and where it says what the fin put Bar and Grill. Would still need to incorporate 25 Year's in to the design. Would also need a scaled down design for the pocket on the front of the t-shirt. Open to suggestions, would like a cool colorful design very similar to the one provided. . We are a beachy seafood restaurant.
