McDonald's Team Logo - Wildly Important Goal
Logo Design Brief
WIG Logo Design Brief — VOICE / OSAT
Concept Overview A bold, high-energy pop-art style logo for an internal staff motivational campaign centered on improving customer satisfaction scores at a McDonald's franchisee organization. The logo should feel loud, urgent, fun, and exciting — similar in energy to a comic book splash panel or a retro action poster.
Theme The campaign is called VOICE, built around the McDonald's VOICE customer satisfaction survey. (www.McDVoice.com). The core message is: move customers from a rating of 4 (Satisfied) to a rating of 5 (Highly Satisfied). The OSAT score (Overall Satisfaction) is calculated as the percentage of customers who rate us a 5. The WIG (Wildly Important Goal) target is OSAT 75%.
Key Visual Elements
1. VOICE 75% — the dominant headline, largest text element, bold. Should command attention immediately.
2. McDonald's Golden Arches (M logo) — incorporated naturally into the composition.
3. WIG badge
4. 4 → 5 conversion
Format Requirements
• Delivered as a high-resolution PNG with transparent background
• Also provide an SVG version if possible
• Should be legible and impactful at small sizes (e.g. 2" on a printed flyer) as well as large (full PowerPoint slide header)
Tone Think: loud, motivational, McDonald's pride, team rally cry. This is for crew and managers, not customers — it should feel like a locker room pep talk in visual form.
