I'd love to hear your thoughts on my submission! Did I capture your vision, or is there anything you'd like me to adjust? Your feedback helps me deliver the best possible result. Thank you!

Hi.
Studio photos are great, of course, if no one has ever seen them.

But it would be much better if you included information or a few examples of logos you like in the brief. This will allow the designers to work more precisely, without drawing up obviously unworkable versions of the future logo.

I understand that if you knew exactly what you wanted, you probably wouldn't have come to the DC, but please understand that we, the designers, are also interested (and quite motivated) in you leaving the DC satisfied, and that your future logo brings you joy and helps your business grow for years to come.

Best.

Dear Project Owner,

Please guarantee the contest and you will get a lot more interest,
even with the minimum prize.

What does Payment Not Guaranteed mean for designers?

When a project is marked as guaranteed it means that the customer has committed to paying out a designer and has waived their right to get their money back. If it is not guaranteed, the customer can opt to get a refund of their money.

You can determine if a project is guaranteed by viewing the job brief and looking out for the following image marked on the project:
Customers are eligible for a refund if they have not selected to guarantee their project and in accordance with the Design Crowd refund policy.
