I’m Fiona, Owner of Home Staging Waitaki, a small home staging business in Oamaru, South Island, New Zealand. I'm looking to refine and elevate existing logo to create a more premium, architectural and timeless brand identity.

• Subtle house or architectural roofline element/lines
• Clean, minimalist lines
• Strong typography
• Sophisticated spacing
• Balanced, structured layout
I wank logos that are architectural rather than decorative. My business works closely with real estate agents and property vendors. The logo needs to feel:

• Confident
• Architectural

I want to attract vendors, and real estate agents.
This logo will be used on:
• Website
• Social media
• Real estate boards
• Printed staging materials
• Back of branded clothing
It needs to feel premium and strong when enlarged on signage or apparel
The uploaded images include the current logo, created by previous owner, this is the last image with my name and phone umber included. the other images are ones I've attempted with chatGPT, the black and gold one appeals but this is also a New Zealand based Home Staging Company so would need a point of difference.
